'1000-lb Sisters': Amy becomes a fan favorite with her jolly personality but Tammy fails to impress viewers
Amy and Tammy Slaton were introduced to the world when they made their television debut with '1000-lb Sisters' but it looks like the viewers have already picked their favorite. People have been falling in love with Amy and her fun-loving personality. Many viewers admired the dedication that Amy showed towards her weight loss while Tammy failed to impress viewers.
Amy and Tammy decided that it was time for them to take control of things and walk towards a healthy lifestyle. With Tammy weighing around 600lbs and Amy around 400lbs, both of them had to work hard to shed some weight for getting approved for the weight loss journey.
However, differences started coming up when Tammy could not keep up with Amy and her dedication towards losing weight. Even though Amy thought of ways in which Tammy could workout, Tammy refused to take them up. Amy felt helpless as she thought Tammy was not trying hard enough and was coming up with excuses instead.
Things became worse between them when Amy confessed that she felt like she was being treated as a dog by Tammy. Amy added that whenever she would turn around she would find Tammy asking for something and if she didn't do it, she would be yelled at. She further added that she was tired of hearing all the yellings when she wasn't the one at fault.
While Amy thought that Tammy needed to control her anger and pay attention to her language, Tammy, on the other hand, thought that she did not do anything wrong. However, fans have been favoring Amy and they think that Tammy was not treating her right.
"There's absolutely no need for Tammy to shit on Amy like this. She's doing EVERYTHING for her," read one comment. Another added, "Tammy up there talking BIG like she can do anything for herself or her situation. She should really be quiet before Amy kicks her to the curb."
Another fan echoed similar thoughts as the comment read, "Tammy is very mean to Amy; Amy is trying to her best to support and be there for her sister." Looks like the viewers have already picked a side when it comes to the Slaton sisters.
'1000-lb Sisters' airs on Wednesdays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
