KINGSTOWN, MICHIGAN: 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 has indeed started with a bang, and it seems several key characters are experiencing significant changes in their dynamics.

Mike McLusky (Jeremy Renner) is facing a challenging situation in 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3. The introduction of Konstantin (Yorick van Wageningen), a ruthless Russian mobster capable of doing heinous acts, poses a significant threat to Mike.

Amid the chaos, Bunny (Tobi Bamtefa) emerges as the one person Mike trusts and confides in. However, certain aspects of their friendship come into question as Season 3 progresses.

Does Bunny secretly hate Mike McLusky?

One aspect that raises doubts about their friendship is Bunny's loyalty. As Mike faces increasingly difficult situations, including dealing with the Russian mobster Konstantin, Bunny's actions and motives are scrutinized.

In 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 3, a tragic event occurs as Big Hush (Jock McKissic) tragically dies from a fatal drug overdose while in prison. Later on, Mike warns Bunny about the dangers of continuing to distribute the drugs, emphasizing the potential repercussions. However, Bunny's silence or refusal to comply with Mike's warning hints at a deeper conflict or dissatisfaction with their friendship.

While talking to Mike, Evelyn (Necar Zadegan) blames Bunny for the predicament. It seems that someone intentionally contaminated the drug supply, as more deaths occurred after people consumed the drug.

While investigations are ongoing, Mike remains unaware of the culprit behind the contamination but warns Bunny about the looming danger. However, Bunny appears to disregard Mike's warning, suggesting a shift in their relationship where Bunny no longer takes Mike as seriously as he once did.

Bunny, despite being released from Anchor Bay in Season 2, seems unfazed by the potential dangers and spends his days selling drugs while sitting on a lawn chair. This behavior suggests a shift in Bunny's character in Season 3. He appears to be more reckless and less concerned about the consequences of his actions.

In 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 Episode 1, it was revealed that Bunny strategically placed a mole within the Correctional Facility. Kevin Jackson (Denny Love) enrolled as the new prison guard at the Correctional Facility and he kept Bunny in the loop about what's happening inside the prison.

It appears that Bunny has placed a mole inside the Correctional Facility, suggesting that he may have secretly planned against Mike. This action indicates that Bunny is operating with his own agenda and is willing to go to great lengths to achieve his goals, even if it means betraying Mike. He never reveals information about Kevin to Mike, indicating that Bunny is keeping secrets from Mike.

It's an intriguing possibility that Bunny's question to Kevin about his feelings after witnessing an inmate's death could indicate that Bunny is planning something bigger to undermine Mike.

If Bunny is indeed plotting against Mike, it would mark a significant turning point in their relationship and could lead to dramatic consequences for both characters.

A fan wrote on Reddit, "Damn Bunny really is ambitious this time around. Clearly he tried to let Mike in on it but he didn’t even pay him the respect of validating it. Their “friendship” is clearly gonna be on the line this season."

Fans also predict that their friendship will be tested in 'Mayor of Kingstown' Season 3 as Bunny's ambitions come to light and Mike's response to them becomes clear.

A fan wrote on X, "Bunny & Mike’s relationship is the most complex of the show. I love their dynamic & how they dance around each other to not piss the other off but have to appease their people by doing something to each other."

Fans have doubts about the friendship between Bunny and Mike. A fan wrote on X, "Mayor of Kingstown fans…do yall consider Bunny and Mike to be friends or it’s just business ???"

A fan wrote, "Mayor of Kingstown is back. Can’t wait for Bunny to curse out Mike." While another said, "No way Bunny just ignoring the fact the dope is tainted. Whole damn block going down. Talking about "I'm not selling cookies Mike". N***a, yes the f**k you are. #MayorOfKingstown."
