Zach Wilson is being accused by his ex-girlfriend, Abbey Gile, of sleeping with his mom's best friend. Gile made this dirty secret public after receiving abuse online from fans for dating the NFL star's roommate from college, Dax Milne, after she broke up with Wilson.

Gile commented with the unexpected remark after being accused of being called a "homie hopper." Gile wrote, "He was sleeping with his mom's best friend... that's the real homie hopper." Someone else commented in the thread, "Lol, it's true. I know the best friend's mom and she freaked out about it for a while."

Following the disclosure of the dirty little secret, many Twitter users were eager to voice their opinions, one user wrote, "Zach Wilson being a BYU product makes that whole situation 10x funnier," to which a user responded, "He has Cougar pride."

Another person wrote, "Joe Flacco’s mentorship of Zach Wilson appears to have gone to the extreme," to which another individual reponded, "Zach Wilson took 'being a mother f*****' to the extreme."

A user who was concerned about his mother wrote, "Zach Wilson's mom went from posting every single hour every day to going social media dark after finding out her best friend sacked her son in bed. The Mormon community is in shambles right now."
