Generation Z’s favorite YouTuber and vlogger David Dobrik has become highly popular due to his whopping number of followers on YouTube and TikTok. Known for his YouTube ensemble Vlog Squad, the content creator often comes up with wacky videos that have garnered him over 18 million subscribers on YouTube and nearly 20 million followers on Tik Tok with a reported 8.4 billion lifetime views. Owing to such high viewership his net worth stands at $7 million as per celebrity net worth.
The massive net worth is not unbelievable for a media mogul who has lucrative sponsorships in his kitty from the likes of SeatGeek and Honey. Recently, he was also granted TikTok’s $1 billion creator grant which is provided to help creators on the video platform and boost their career. With such good financial backing, the vlogger was looking for a new house since last year and has found one worth $9.5 million in Los Angeles that will be his new abode.
Variety mentions that as per the property records though this is a great deal of money it is still less than the property’s original price which was an astounding $12 million. Although the Vlog Squad ringleader’s search for a new home was temporarily halted due to the coronavirus pandemic, he has finally managed to get a brand new home.
The massive house's main draw has to be its infinity pool along with a host of other luxuries. Located in a serene and leafy corner of San Fernando Valley’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood, the spec-built home includes six bedrooms, seven bathrooms in the 7,800 square feet property.
The beauty of the entry to the house is spellbinding and holds your attention well as it lures you into a massive living area with Fleetwood walls of glass and lustrous terrazzo floors. The major features of the house include a walk-in temperature-controlled wine closet, a gym, a movie theatre, a gourmet kitchen slathered in white marble. It also has an upstairs master suite with a jaw-dropping dreamy view of the valley’s skyline. On the outside, the property includes a lounge area centered around a fire pit, a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ center, and a pool with a spa. There is also a quaint loveseat on a swing and a lush green grassy patch of lawn for Vlog Squad to frolic.
Since 2017 Dobrik and his team members have been living nearby Studio City in California, in their Mediterranean style house that he purchased for $2.5 million. That property was the hub for Dobrik and his gang’s numerous joyful pranks until he chose the present LA abode. Dobrik who first garnered fame with Vine videos later shifted base to YouTube and TikTok and created two YouTube channels - named ‘David Dobrik’ launched in 2015 and ‘David Dobrik Too’ in 2016.
That made him an A-lister Vlogger and content creator. Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker and Craig Knizek of the agency jointly held the listing for the present house with Weston Littlefield of the Aaron Kirman group at Compass repping Dobrik.
