‘Yellowstone’ Season 3 Episode 4 Preview: Will Mia help Jimmy recover after the accident and hook up with him?
A little love, mystery and tragedy are what make 'Yellowstone' stand out from the rest of the TV shows. The Paramount Network series added a pretty face to its stellar cast and left fans mesmerized. Played by Eden Brolin, Mia is a barrel racer at the rodeo who becomes friendly with the bunkhouse guys.
At the end of the last episode 'An Acceptable Surrender', everyone was pepped to see Jimmy Hurdstrom's (Jefferson White) last rodeo. Right before he gets up on his horse, he meets Mia and it's love at first sight. Smitten by her, he utters, "You ever have a girl look at you and your world just stops?" However, not everything has a happy ending as Jimmy falls off the horse as soon as the competition begins. The final scene leaves the beloved character hanging between life and death.
The one question on viewers' minds after watching that episode is: Will Jimmy survive? In the fourth episode, it is yet to be seen whether Jimmy lives or dies and what is his scope with Mia in the future. Many fans are furious. "If Jimmy’s not up and walking heads are going to roll damn it. I’m going to take someone for a ride in a horse trailer #Yellowstone," one said and another posted, "All I’m sayin is, Jimmy better be ok!" Another said, "Liking someone and have them like you back is the best feeling in the world. Jimmy better be okay. I will not have a man smitten by a woman have his career ended. You’re better than that #Yellowstone Beth would not approve."
Titled 'Going Back to Cali', the official summary reads: "Beth shares a personal secret with Rip; John and the boys deal with some hostile trespassers from out of state; Rainwater reaches out to a powerful woman to help secure the future of Broken Rock."
In a new promo, John Dutton (Kevin Costner) and Governor Lynelle Perry (Wendy Moniz) share a loving moment as John traps her into staying with him. Fans are pretty invested in their love story too. "Even though John Dutton was spending time with the Governor, he was still thinking, trying to gain intel on those who want what he has. I think the Governor was there to not only spend some time, she was trying to soften the blow on what is to come. John Dutton wanted to remind the Governor of what they have in their state," one said.
While there is no hint of what happens to Jimmy, it seems unlikely that the showrunners would chop off his role. Perhaps, Mia will help him recover in the next episode and their relationship will become stronger. "Is Jimmy dead?" one fan said and another wrote: "No, just in love..." One fan then joked: "Same thing." So, wait and watch what happens as Jimmy and Mia hook-up in the next episode. Perhaps, they will, won't they?
