Although a couple of workers attempted to rush to her aid but it was already too late by then. By the time they arrived, the woman had already toppled over the edge. The video can be seen here.

According to Newsarounds, the woman managed to cling onto the edge for a few seconds, but lost her grip and plunged further down. Local media said that rescuers found her hanging from a bush, a few feet above the ground, and resorted to using a tourist bus to help her down. She died later at Fenyang Hospital due to multiple injuries.
Local authorities did not disclose the name of the victim. They, however, confirmed that she was a tourist. A police investigation has been launched into the incident and the zipline business has since been shut down indefinitely.
MEAWW previously reported the death of a nurse who tragically slipped through a hole on a tottering zipline platform and fell 60 feet to her death. The victim, 23-year-old Yasmili Araujo, visited a water park with her boyfriend and friends on July 2. First-hand witnesses recalled how she climbed to the top of a zipline platform without any protection at the Piracema Park Club in Brazil. However, just moments before being provided a safety harness, Araujo slipped through a hole on the platform and plummeted to the ground.
Firemen who treated Araujo at the scene in the northern city of Rio Branco noted how the victim fell a whopping 20 meters (66 ft). Emergency responders subsequently rushed her to the hospital with several fractures, but the nurse died of a heart attack en route. The water park said in a statement, "Piracema Park Club provided all support and attention to the young woman's family and after the accident, closed the activities of the attraction, which will only return to operation after an investigation by the relevant authorities regarding the causes of the accident."
