Will Smith claims he is a target of ‘smear campaign’, says his children feel ‘hurt’ following gay affair allegations
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Will Smith has hit back at the claims saying he was a target of a "smear campaign" after his former assistant Brother Bilaal said he caught the actor having s*x with his friend Duane Martin in a dressing room.
The 55-year-old star called earlier the allegation "unequivocally false" and said he is thinking of suing Bilaal whom he has known for 40 years for trying to tarnish his reputation.
Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, also dismissed Bilaal’s statements, which he made in a YouTube interview with Tasha K, and told TMZ, ‘We ‘suin’!’
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have faced rumors about their sexuality for years
The couple, who revealed last month that they secretly separated seven years ago, said they have been plagued by rumors about Will’s sexuality for years.
But, a source told Daily Mail, "These rumors are nothing new to Will and Jada", but that Bilaal’s comments have been particularly hurtful because of his close relationship with Will.
"Jada is fazed by Bilaal’s statements because of his credibility and closeness to Will," the source said.
Will Smith will WISH this interview NEVER happened! This is one of the closest people to Will aside from Jada to sit down and tell all about him. From meeting Jada, Tupac, Will’s sexuality and manhood size, he KNOWS and TELLS it ALL‼️@bopulent

Will Smith's children are ‘hurt’ but ‘not surprised’ by the allegations
The source also said that Will’s children, Jaden, 25, and Willow, 23, are "hurt" by the allegations, but "nothing that comes out about their parents surprises them anymore."
The source claimed that Jaden had to "hide his sexuality for years" because "his parents were not having any of it."
Willow, 23, was also said to be "relieved" when the news of her parents’ separation was finally made public, after lying for years about their secret split.
Will Smith is focused on his upcoming movie and charitable projects
Despite the controversy, Will is focused on his upcoming movie and charitable projects and is exploring all legal options to fight back against Bilaal’s claims.
"Will believes the allegation is ludicrous and is hurt that a former friend would turn on him in this way," a legal source told the outlet.
"He’s exploring all legal options. Will believes he is the target of a smear campaign," the source added.
Jada, who also appeared on 'Breakfast Club', said, "It's ridiculous,... And it's nonsense. This is a person who tried a shakedown, a money shakedown that didn't work."
"We're going to take legal action. Because it's one thing to have your opinion about somebody, versus just making up salacious, malicious stories," she added.

"So that's actionable, so we're going to roll with that. So for me, unfortunately, it's part of it," she said, adding "It's not true, we're going to take care of it. And that's that."
