Why were The Clairvoyants eliminated? 'AGT: Fantasy League' fans upset as Ghetto Kids send Austrian magician and mentalist duo home
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The fourth episode of 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' aired Monday, January 22, on NBC, featuring the fourth batch of ten all-star performers, fan favorites, and past champions returning to the big stage to battle against the judges.
At the end of the episode, six participants moved on to the next round, including Ghetto Kids, leaving fans of The Clairvoyants dissatisfied.
The Clairvoyants were another act that placed second in their inaugural season, but they were able to build their own Vegas show and tour the world with it.
On Monday, as a member of Team Heidi, they accurately predicted the random numbers that the judges would select, all of which corresponded to the day of their initial audition.

Mel B stated that they "make it look so easy" despite the fact that it is "extraordinary." Howie Mandel expressed his displeasure that they are not on his side, while Simon Cowell described them as "the best in the world" for what they do and that they deserve to be in the final round.
The five acts that moved to the Semi-Finals based on audience votes were Musa Motha, Ghetto Kids, Ana DeGuzman, Aidan Bryant, and Darci Lynne. As The Clairvoyants failed to move to the next round, fans rushed to social media to accuse Ghetto Kids of robbing them of a semi-final position.
On X, some viewers wrote, "They should have made it to the semi-finals, not the kids they were up against." Another user chimed in, "Love them! Since their very first audition. I can't believe they were not put through.."

One enraged viewer wrote, "Who are these people voting?!?! How did @ThommyAndAmelie not make it?! Pure craziness!!!" Another person mentioned, "Best act of the night. How did they not move on? The ghetto kids dancing was awful. It’s insane they moved on and the Clairvoyants’ did not. Change the stupid superfan voting. It’s been a bad idea from the start and you guys still do it."

While tagging Simon, one fan wrote, "This show is going downhill. You know the Clairvoyants should have won over that child dance group. You can’t leave this up to the audience to decide. America should have a vote." Another added, "An absolute shocker gets me points! The Clairvoyants got royally robbed."

On the other hand, Ghetto Kids managed to secure a spot in the semi-finals.
Simon Cowell called Ghetto Kids' 'AGT: Fantasy League' performance 'simply brilliant'
Mel returned for her third performance of the night, the 'Britain's Got Talent' viral act Ghetto Kids. Mel admires their enthusiasm and sassiness, and she encouraged them to bring it all to the stage today.
Howie informed them that he’s been following them for a long time because they always put a smile on everybody’s face. Heidi Klum rated them "adorable" and enjoyed "the comedy within the dancing."
Simon stated that they are "just simply brilliant."
'Fantasy League' marked The Clairvoyants' first 'AGT' appearance as a married couple
Thommy Ten and Amelie van Tass of The Clairvoyants married on October 30, 2022, at Las Vegas' Little White Chapel. Their performance in Fantasy League was their first 'AGT' appearance as a married pair.
Did The Clairvoyants win the Golden Buzzer on 'AGT'?
The Clairvoyants were the first non-solo act to place in the top two since Olate Dogs. They advanced further than any other act that has not won the Golden Buzzer since Season 10.
They advanced further than any previous mentalist act in the show's history. Shin Lim, winner of Season 13 and 'America's Got Talent: The Champions,' also competed in the 2015 FISM World Championships, where he was awarded co-champion in the card magic category.
Every Monday at 8/7c, NBC and NBC.com will telecast two-hour episodes of 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League.' New episodes will be available for streaming on Peacock the following day.
