VIENNA, AUSTRIA: 'America's Got Talent: Fantasy League' duo, The Clairvoyants, featuring magician and mentalist stars Thommy Ten and Amelie Van Tass, hailed from Austria and met for the first time in 2011. Thommy was a magician, and Amelie had an expertise in dance.
The duo blended their magic, mentalism, and dancing and developed their signature 'second sight' act, which they brought to the stage just two months after their initial meeting. Thommy and Amelie's act gained popularity, leading to the creation of a full-length show.
In 2014, The Clairvoyants' stardom secured them a long-term contract for the show 'The Illusionarium' in America, followed by a featured spot in 'The Illusionists' the largest touring magic show globally.
According to their website, Thommy and Amelie's incredible talent earned them multiple accolades. In 2015, The Clairvoyants were named World Champions of Mentalism, a prize not awarded in 30 years.
The duo also received the Stage Magicians of the Year award by the Academy of Magical Arts and The Magic Castle Hollywood for their extraordinary art. Thommy and Amelie's incredible talent was also recognized by the prestigious Mandrakes d'Or in Paris, France.
They performed at the Sydney Opera House and on Broadway in New York City and were regular guests on 'The Ellen Show'. Thommy and Amelie also graced the 'America's Got Talent' stage.
