Jessi has been hospitalized for six days in a row but her agency, P Nation, has released a statement sharing that the rapper will be discharged soon, possibly on January 20. Here’s what happened to the popular South Korean rapper.

Jessi aka Jessica Ho of P Nation took it to Instagram stories to share a couple of snapshots of her receiving saline drips with captions saying “every f**kin day” and “6 days in a row”. Initially, the 32-year-old rapper's fans were at a loss hearing about Jessi’s condition but later, on January 20, P Nation officially addressed the issue stating that Jessi has been hospitalized with enteritis that is inflammation of the small intestine.

P Nation addressed the issue to publication Maeil Kyungjae saying, "Jessi has been hospitalized with enteritis. She has devoted herself to recovering her health since she has not had any schedules the past few days. She is considering getting discharged from the hospital today!”
After the news surfaced, fans took it to social media to wish her speedy recovery along with noting that Jessi has been working extremely hard for the past few months with promoting her music and appearing in various shows. A fan wrote, “So that's why she uploaded those ig stories ;; this girl has been working like crazy for months, she doesn't even sleep so I'm kinda glad she took the time to recover her health and hope she get well soon!” While another similar tweet read, “Aww jessI. She works wayy to hard lately and i know she said she likes to work/be busy but i hope you get good rest #GetWellSoonJessi” Another fan said, “Get well soon queen!”

The lead single, ‘Nunu Nana’, became a huge hit peaking at number two on the Gaon Music Chart. She also snagged the Best Solo Artist award recently at Golden Disc Awards. Along with her chart-topping solo music, the K-rap star collaborated with Uhm Junghwa, Lee Hyori, and Hwasa to release the single ‘Don't Touch Me’ under the band name ‘Refund Sisters’.
