'Why the sleazy outfits’: Troll tries to spoil Megyn Kelly’s ‘martini’ moment with husband but is shut down by her true fans
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Megyn Kelly’s outfit for a special podcast episode with her husband Douglas Brunt became the subject of concern for an online troll who questioned the “sleazy outfit” worn by the former Fox News host.
The 52-year-old is known for wearing bold yet stunning outfits with fans drooling over her looks at all times.
However this time, Kelly’s black attire for one of the episodes became the subject of trolling by an internet user who clearly didn’t like what the journalist wore.
This troll had a word of advice for Kelly and wanted her to “class up” but the journalist’s ardent fans didn’t let the negativity prevail and shot back together at the troll’s remarks.

Kelly hosted a special podcast with her husband where she enjoyed a martini to begin the episode.
The former Fox News host discussed the difference between writing and selling a fiction vs non-fiction book with her husband and the constant support and feedback received from his peers, among other things.
The duo enjoyed a glass of martini as they spoke with Kelly donning a black mini dress while Brunt wore a black blazer with a light blue shirt and brown pants.
Kelly savored the moment and later shared a snap of the couple on Instagram, clinking their glasses. However, in the second snap, Brunt can be seen pouring the drink into the glass as Kelly spoke

While many were in awe of Kelly and Brunt’s chemistry, one troll decided to spoil the mood.

A troll took to the comments and wrote, “Megyn, why the sleazy outfits? You can be stunning!! Black leather mini??? Please. Class up your style. Otherwise, you’re great!!”
This opened up a barrage of supporting comments from Kelly’s loyal fans who slammed this troll for unnecessarily and unfairly criticizing her fashion choice.
A fan shot back with, “She's stunning anyways and she sets the dress code. She's the boss” while another said, “Why so rude??”
Another Kelly fan furiously responded, “Women can show their arms now, it’s not the 1940 she is great to stop focusing on her clothing options.”
A fan had a piece of advice for this troll, “She is always dressed for what fits the occasion. My mother taught me if you cannot say something good, keep quiet!!”
Another supported Kelly and wrote, “Then keep quiet! I have been in the fashion industry for over 50 years. There is such a thing as dress for success. Constructive criticism is not mean”
A fan added, “Plz just stop. One of the most articulate brainy women in the industry. She’s not using sex appeal. So, she rocked a mini skirt for a day. Bravo”
