THOUSANDS OAKS, CALIFORNIA: Shawn Stockman of Boyz II Men has expressed his concerns regarding Britney Spears as her marriage with Sam Asghari comes to an end.

According to TMZ, Shawn believes that Britney might benefit from a conservatorship or similar arrangement to provide the assistance she may require.

Speaking at LAX, Shawn shared his worries for his fellow artist, highlighting the fact that she has shown signs of needing support for a while.

With her impending independence, he stressed the importance of ensuring she has the necessary assistance.

An insider shared with TMZ, "It's only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce," as the report also revealed that Sam had already relocated from Britney's residence in Thousand Oaks.

Allegations of Britney cheating on Sam were purportedly at the heart of their separation.
