Why is Kim Kardashian feuding with Kourtney? Skims founder says Khloe is her favorite sister
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kim Kardashian has a favorite sibling and it is certainly not Kourtney. The Skims founder has been engaged in an ongoing feud with Travis Barker's wife, both on and off screen since Kim is accused by her of stealing her partnership with Dolce and Gabbana, following Kourtney's wedding last year, where all the Kardashians were styled by the Italian fashion house.
In Thursday’s episode of 'The Kardashians', Kim slammed “hater” Kourtney for not supporting her collaboration with D&G amid their ongoing feud. The tea was spilled at a dinner following the fashion show, when Kim was out with her mother, Kris Jenner, sister Khloé Kardashian and the entire Dolce & Gabbana team. The Skims founder told the attendees that Kourtney was “so mad at her” for partnering with the brand mere months after her May 2022 wedding, which was also hosted by the design duo. “She said, ‘You’re trying to copy me,'” the 42-year-old explained. “But she always tries to hate on the side. She is such a hater.”
Earlier, Kim told Hailey Bieber that she was very close to one sister in particular on Wednesday, June 21. And it's not Kendall or Kylie Jenner either. It is Khloe Kardashian, the 38-year-old model who is reportedly repairing her relationship with Kourtney, after the duo ditched Kim to attend a Blink-182 concert.
Kim comes to the aid of Khloe
Kim defended Khloe after she was humiliated by basketball player Tristen Thompson. "People want to believe what they want to believe and you can't change that. So it's about finding your inner peace and like, you being okay with that," Kim said according to Daily Mail. "Khloe gets a lot of s*** and I just get so protective of her because I feel like she gets it the worst." She added, "And it's so frustrating and people don't ever want to take a second to be like, she's human."
Kim and Khloe used to have a distant relationship
The Kardashian sisters did not share a close bond at one time but things changed when the ex-spouse of Lamar Odom welcomed her daughter True. Kim stepped in to help Khloe at the time as being a mother of four, she already knew about the necessities, such as which cribs to use and how to hold a baby. The duo's relationship grew stronger over time since then but has left Kourtney out in the cold.
Kim gets frustrated with her fans
Kim also told Hailey that sometimes she gets frustrated with her fans as they are not aware of what is going on. And sometimes, she bursts out on social media. "Every once in a while, I clap back if I'm just in the mood and I can't handle it. I'm like, 'Dude, you know, it didn't go down like that. This is it.' And I always have the facts," she stated.
Kim lashed out at Kourtney
"There were so many collections [I didn't choose items from]," the former spouse of Kanye West said. "She's saying every one of her friends [supports her], but she doesn't have any friends. So, Travis," Kim said, inferring that the only one friend Kourtney has is her husband. "I shouldn’t have to ask her for permission. I thought I was being really mindful", she said. Kim's response came after Khloe told her that Kourtney's "friends are riling her up. Her words were, 'Everyone thinks this is the weirdest thing.'"
