Julia Fox says SHE dumped Kanye West, lost 15lbs in the month they dated
Julia Fox has spoken up about her whirlwind romance with Kanye West, revealing that she dropped 15 pounds in the month they were together and eventually broke up because their relationship simply wasn't sustainable. The 32-year-old actress met West, 44, at a surprise performance in Miami on New Year's Eve and was instantly recognized as his new love interest.
Six weeks later, on Valentine's Day, she announced their breakup. She told ET Online, "I tried my best to make it work. I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life? It just wasn’t sustainable. I lost like 15 pounds in that month." Fox described her time with West as 'a crash course on how to be famous,’ and added that ‘there were definitely elements of it that were real,’ when questioned whether their relationship was a marketing gimmick. She continued, “it definitely felt like I was his girlfriend. But it also felt like I was being cast in the role of his girlfriend — and he was casting me. He was the orchestrator of it all. It really did feel like a movie.”

When asked if she's back in the dating game, Fox told that she's "too busy" to start a new relationship right now. She said, "I don't even have the time to, like, brush my hair. I mean, if I meet someone, yes. If nature plays its course, and someone comes along, I'd be more than happy to entertain that. But I'm not looking for anything right now." Julia Fox previously stated that she wasn't in love with ex-boyfriend Kanye, just hours after the two announced their breakup. As doubts about Fox's relationship with West surfaced, she told ET that the two remain good friends and collaborators but they are no longer together.

Fox proceeded to her Instagram Story a few hours later to upload a message in which she expressed her displeasure with the end of her weeks-long affair. Fox wrote on break up with Kanye, “Y'all would love if I was soooo upset! The media would love to paint a picture of me as a sad lonely woman crying on a plane by myself but it's NOT TRUE!! Why not see me for what I am which is a #1 hustler. I came up yall lol and not only that but Kanye and I are on good terms! I have love for him for I wasn't in love w the man Jesus Christ what do u guys think I am 12 years old?!”
