Who owns PublicSq? Tucker Carlson lands ad deal worth over $1M as he plans to start his own media firm

PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: After being sacked by Fox News in April and launching his own Twitter show, Tucker Carlson has reportedly reached an agreement worth over $1 million with one of its first advertisers. The conservative political commentator has signed the deal with PublicSq, which describes itself as "America’s Marketplace, connecting freedom-loving Americans with the businesses that share their values". The business pact came amid reports claiming Carlson is planning to start his own media firm.

The million-dollar deal will reportedly see Carlson making space for PublicSq’s commercials on his show after it goes public via Combination with Colombier Acquisition Corp. on July 20. Besides, the Daily Mail has reported that Omeed Malik, the CEO and Chairman of Colombier, “is also planning to invest seven or eight figures in Carlson's venture through his private investment firm, 1789 Capital.”

Who owns PublicSq?

PublicSq was founded by Michael Seifert, who also serves as its CEO. In February via a statement, he explained his firm and said, “For too long, progressive corporations have prioritized highly politicized ideas over the interests and values of the American people. Because of this, we, as patriotic Americans, are hungering for a future where the power is back in the hands of ‘We the People’ and a parallel economy is created.”

PublicSq. has recognized and acted on this unmet need in a credible and efficient way,” before declaring, “We are thrilled to be supporting them on this journey.”

Meanwhile, the new development between Carlson and PublicSq has attracted a lot of attention online with a user tweeting, “Tucker Carlson is taking his Twitter show to the next level signing large sponsors like PublicSq. Showing how it’s done could lure YouTubers to Twitter if they are done with YouTube censorship. Congrats Tucker!!!”

Another user wrote, “Major kudos to Tucker Carlson for expanding his Twitter show and attracting big sponsors like PublicSq. Exciting times are ahead! @elonmusk.” “Keep it going, Tucker Carlson.
