DISNEY AULANI RESORT, HAWAII: 'American Idol' Season 21's Top 26 performers performed live at the Disney Aulani Resort in Hawaii. The singers were cheered on by their close ones present in the audience. Each performance stunned the judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan, in their own way. Zachariah Smith caught the attention of the crowd with his energetic performance, leaving the 'American Idol' judges to leap to their feet immediately.
As Zachariah sang a verse that had the word "hey baby" he turned towards his wife and smiled at her. Moreover, his family was seen dancing and cheering for the singer. The one who caught most of the attention was Zachariah's wife. Fans of the show, however, claimed to be 'creeped out' by their marriage, saying "something isn't adding up."

Zachariah is 19 years old and he has been married to Crysta Marie for more than a year. Crysta is a 33-year-old restaurant manager. The couple tied the knot in September 2022 and Zachariah has always been seen cherishing his relationship. He claims that his wife played a major role in helping him come to 'American Idol'. Together they have three children, although they are not Zachariah's own. He is stepfather to Crysta's children but he says he loves them equally as a father.
