LAKE COMO, ITALY: Renowned comedian and presenter Steve Harvey enjoys the security of his steadfast bodyguard, William Freeman, who is more commonly recognized by the moniker, Big Boom.

According to a website called GHPage, "unconfirmed sources" recently claimed that Harvey's wife, Marjorie, may have cheated on him with a bodyguard.  

The unconfirmed rumor spread like wildfire, with many doubting its credibility. However, Harvey's family friend has debunked the rumors. 

How long has Steve Harvey been married? 

Harvey has been married to Marjorie since 2007. The couple got married in Lake Como, Italy. 

It was in August that the rumor started spreading.

More recently, Harvey also reportedly fired his social media manager following a controversy involving a tweet from his account which asked his fans to name a comedian they "didn’t find funny at all," according to Marca. 

For how long has William 'Big Boom' Freeman worked for Steve Harvey?

Bog Boom has diligently served as Harvey's bodyguard even before he met Marjorie. 

According to Big Boom's website, IAmBigBoom, he is an esteemed figure in various domains: a distinguished speaker on relationships, an accomplished author, and a prominent celebrity bodyguard.

Big Boom’s bio reads, “He has provided for his celebrity clients conspicuous or inconspicuous protective services depending on the threat or potential hazards to the client."

The bio further stated, "His ability to protect his client lies in the ability to immediately assess and evaluate a threat or conflict and avoid a confrontation or diffuse it before it escalates."

It added, "He is implementing the same protection of his celebrity clients, to protect the 'hearts of women.'" 

Did Marjorie Harvey cheat on Steve Harvey? 

No, the rumors of Marjorie cheating on Harvey have been debunked through several X posts. A user tweeted a post by Harvey’s family friend. 

The tweet read, “Turns out the Steve Harvey story is fake. A lot of you wanted it to be real so bad so you’ll call him a simp. I hope you heal." 

However netizens had a field day by posting humorous responses to the rumor on X.

A person tweeted a video with the caption, "Marjorie to the bodyguard when Steve Harvey is writing a book on marriage counselling."

Another posted a video too, captioning it, "Steve Harvey should take lessons from Messi on where your bodyguard should be at all times." 

One user wrote after the rumor was debunked, "The only thing faster than speed of light is fake news. Hoping it’s true cause Steve doesn’t deserve to be hurt like that." 

A user expressed, "Such a relief. Sad to see people quick to drag him. This life."
