Why did Wanda and Michael separate?
Wanda and Michael divorced way back in 1996 when then-25-year-old Strahan was playing in the NFL for the New York Giants. Strahan met Wanda when he was only 17 years old and maintained a long-distance relationship with her since Wanda was in Germany. Wanda later stated that marrying too young was the ultimate cause of their divorce as they were unable to manage the responsibilities of a marital home. However, Michael and Wanda had decided to raise their children together and the duo seemed to have managed the responsibility well.
