One angry user tweeted, "Their bodies haven't even been laid to rest and Tim Pool has spent all day calling the people murdered groomers and pedophiles. One user tweeted, "this is a genuinely evil reaction it's actually hard for me to comprehend how anyone's reaction to five people being murdered is to speculate that they were probably pedophiles who we need to protect ourselves from—the exact rhetoric that inspired the fascist who murdered them" Another user wrote, "Thank you for admitting you are part of the problem and not part of the solution. Blanketly calling any drag show a "grooming event" is just a lie, and a lie that leads to violence like we saw in Co Springs."
