Steffen Peters, born on November 18, 1964, in Wesel, Germany, is a renowned American dressage rider, and his wife, Shannon Peters, is a talented equestrian in her own right. She is a U.S. Dressage Federation bronze, silver, and gold medalist and has competed at the National Championships. She runs a dressage training business and has been mentored by Karl Mikolka and Steffen Peters. The Dressage Team Grand Prix Special will air on Saturday, August 3 at 4:00 am (ET) and the Dressage Individual Grand Prix Freestyle will air on Sunday, August 4 at 4:00 am (ET).
