Soliz and the 'Toxic' artist reportedly crossed paths for the first time approximately a year ago. According to an insider, Spears had hired Soliz to work at her Thousand Oaks, California mansion, where his responsibilities included cleaning toilets, mopping floors, and collecting trash.
Despite being let go from his role, Spears has now actively chosen to spend time with Soliz. Their burgeoning friendship remains noticeable, as the singer is openly embracing their connection and not attempting to keep it under wraps.
Earlier, Spears was seen in Calabasas, California, driving a white Mercedes-Benz alongside an unidentified man wearing a San Francisco Giants baseball cap in the passenger seat. The singer was seen stopping by a Starbucks drive-thru during their daytime outing.

Paul Richard Soliz's run-ins with the law
Paul Richard Soliz has a history of multiple legal encounters. Based on legal records obtained by Page Six, Soliz was convicted in December 2022 for felony firearm possession while he was employed by the singer.
In 2016, Soliz faced a conviction for driving without a license, but a charge for driving with a suspended license was dropped through a plea deal that same year.
Additionally, the outlet referenced court documents to report that Soliz was convicted in April 2014 in connection with disturbing the peace. He also reached a plea agreement to have a child endangerment charge dismissed.
