Who is Neal McDonough's wife? 'Yellowstone' star stopped by police for 'behaving suspiciously' in Westlake Village neighborhood
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Neal McDonough, best known for playing Malcolm Beck on the Paramount series 'Yellowstone', recently engaged in a bit of real-life action with the police after being stopped and questioned for alleged suspicious behavior. The 57-year-old was reportedly questioned after police received a call about someone "behaving suspiciously" in a neighborhood, according to TMZ.
The outlet reports that the Westlake Village area's sheriff's department received a report of a man who was observed driving around and knocking on doors. The caller appeared to have been concerned that the person was "casing" the area. Neal was "super nice" to the police after he was confronted and stated that he was only checking out the neighborhood as he was in search of a new house.
One of Neal's most recognizable roles has been that of a suspicious new neighbor on 'Desperate Housewives'. He has since established himself as a character actor in numerous film and television productions, mastering the role of the villain. According to reports, his wife, Ruve McDonough, reportedly played a role in his career as he initially turned down the part of the devil in the upcoming Angel Studios sci-fi action film 'The Shift', but she persuaded him to accept it. The star said, "I’m so grateful that she convinced me to do it because when you play characters like this, you learn so much about yourself and how blessed I am to have His (God’s) backing in everything that I do, to have all the gifts that God’s given me in my life. My amazing wife, five kids, the movies and TV shows, everything!" to The Christian Post.

'These lips are made for one woman'
Neal is pretty well-known for his commitment to his wife, and when his personal and professional lives collided, he chose his wife without hesitation. The actor has previously declined to film intimate scenes out of loyalty to his marriage vows. During a keynote lecture at the Orange Catholic Foundation's 17th Annual Conference on Business & Ethics in April 2019, Neal said, "If I’m in bed with another woman and I kiss another woman, guess what I’m actually doing? I’m kissing another woman. I don’t want my kids to see that. I don’t want my family to see that. I really don’t want God to see that. These lips are made for one woman."
The 'Boon' star recently took to Instagram to commemorate his relationship with Ruve by posting a picture of them from the Monte-Carlo TV festival. He sported a classic black suit, while his wife was spotted in a poofy white dress. Neal's caption read, "Almost 20 years of marriage, & 23 years together. The best decision I ever made in my life asking Ruve' to be my life partner and soulmate."
