Late guitarist Mark was married to Texas-born Rina Sheehan. The couple got together while Mark was working in the US. In the early 2000s, when the celebrity had traveled to the US to write and record music, Mark first encountered Rina, an American backup singer. The two met on the road when Rina was hired to sing backup while Mark worked in the studios. In 2008, Mark stated to the Irish Mirror, "Rina is from Texas, we met on the road.
