Rebecca Breeds, 36, is an Australian actress who started her career in television. She bagged her first lead role in the 2008 Australian film 'Newcastle'.
She is popularly known for playing the central character of Ruby Buckton on the Seven Network soap opera 'Home and Away' (2008–12). While filming for it, she fell in love with her co-star Luke Mitchell, who played the role of Romeo Smith.

Luke Mitchell to appear as Dr Mitch Ripley on 'Chicago Med' Season 9
A few months ago, Deadline, in its exclusive report, mentioned Luke Mitchell's casting as Dr. Mitch Ripley in 'Chicago Med' Season 9.
The report stated, "Mitchell will portray Dr. Mitch, an Emergency Department doctor with a troubled past who shares a history with Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt)."
