If the hearsay and claims are true, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have decided to part ways for good. Multiple sources have confirmed that the celebrity couple is "serious" about ending their marriage of six years and have noted that the reality star and training-lawyer has even "hired" the high-profile celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser for "settlement talks".
Commenting on the "imminent" divorce, one source in a conversation with Page Six, said, “They are keeping it low-key but they are done. Kim has hired Laura Wasser and they are in settlement talks.”
While Wasser is yet to comment on the alleged developments in Kim and Kanye's divorce, she seems to be trusted by Kim, for she has previously worked with some of the biggest faces of the industry and was involved in Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's "nasty" divorce battle.

Laura Wasser is an American attorney with a specialization in divorce. She is the founder and CEO of online divorce service 'It's Over Easy' and serves as the managing partner at the Family Law firm Wasser Cooperman & Mandles. Besides the legal consultancy, she also hosts the podcasts 'All's Fair With Laura Wasser' and 'Divorce Sucks! With Laura Wasser'.
Wasser has herself been divorced once, from a man whom she was briefly married to 1993. She has two children with two of her former boyfriends and currently resides in Los Angeles. Wasser has carved a niche for herself not just in the legal world but also has footprints in the entertainment industry. While she served as a legal consultant for the movie 'Liar Liar', along with her father, she featured in the 2014 documentary 'Divorce Corp'.

Meanwhile, sources have claimed that the talks for Kim and Kanye's property settlement are underway, with their Calabasas home being the "biggest sticking point." It remains to be seen, if the divorce were to happen, which one of them will get to keep the mansion worth $60 million.
