LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sofia Vergara’s alleged new beau Justin Saliman, 49, was previously married to dancer and actress Bree Turner, 46.
Per The US Sun, Saliman - an orthopedic surgeon with chambers in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills- finalized his divorce with Turner before dating ‘The Modern Family’ star.

Turner is an accomplished dancer and actress with several acting credits beside her name. While she is mostly known for ‘Grimm’, Turner has also starred in ‘Bring It On Again’, ‘Just My Luck’, and ‘The Ugly Truth.’
Turner got married to Saliman in 2008 at the Casa Del Mar Hotel in Santa Monica, California, and welcomed two children together - a daughter Stella Jean (born in 2010), and a son named Dean (born in 2012).

Per People, Turner filed for divorce from Saliman on March 2, 2018, almost after 10 years of marriage.
As per the court documents obtained by The Blast, she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for the split.
Turner requested spousal support and asked the court to terminate Saliman’s right to alimony. She also asked for the shared legal and physical custody of their two children.
In response to her filing, Saliman asked for spousal support from her and asked the court to terminate her right to alimony.
The US Sun reports that the doctor was ordered to pay $4,571 as temporary spousal support to Turner and $3,183 as child support. The former couple were ordered to share the joint custody of their two children in November 2019.
During that time, he was also ordered to pay $3000 to Turner per month as spousal support until April 30, 2025, or until her remarriage. Saliman will also pay $4,000 a month until the children turn 19.
