LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Crystal Kung Minkoff, her director husband Rob Minkoff, and her brother Jeffrey Kung are reportedly getting sued over a car accident. The Minkoff and Kung family allegedly caused the car accident in November 2022.
'RHOBH' star Crystal and Rob were reportedly not in the car when the accident occurred but they did own it. Bravo TV personality Crystal's brother, Jeffrey, was driving the car. Crystal, Rob, and Jeffrey are getting sued for pain and mental suffering, anxiety, and a loss of enjoyment of life due to the accident.

Why is Crystal Minkoff being sued?
Crystal along with her husband and brother are reportedly getting sued for causing a car accident. According to legal documents, "Candice Shahandeh-Rad alleges she was stopped in her Audi on an LA freeway off-ramp when she was 'suddenly and violently' rear-ended by a Mercedes-Benz driven by Jeffrey causing her to hit the car in front," as per TMZ. Crystal and her husband Rob were not in the car at the time of the collision. However, Shahandeh-Rad says they own the car "and/or employ her brother as a driver." Shahandeh-Rad further claimed in the documents that after the collision, Jeffrey, who is a pop star and actor, got out of the car and "admitted he was distracted." Photos obtained by the outlet also show damage to both cars. Meanwhile, she added in the claim that she was injured in the crash and suffered damage to her car. She is now suing the trio for "pain and mental suffering, anxiety and a loss of enjoyment of life due to the accident," as claimed in the document.
Who is Crystal's brother Jeffrey Kung?
Jeffrey is Crystal's brother and a not-infrequent presence on the Bravo TV show, 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.' Apart from that, Jeffrey the elder Kung sibling is also a celebrity as he has an illustrious music career in China. Jeffrey makes music under the name Kong Ling Qi.
