Who is Jeanne Bellino? Former model says Steven Tyler sexually assaulted her in a phone booth when she was just 17
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Jeanne Bellino, a former teenage model, has filed a lawsuit against Aerosmith’s lead singer Steven Tyler, alleging that he sexually assaulted her in a phone booth and a hotel room in New York City in the 1970s.
The accuser says she was 17 years old at the time of the incident and that it traumatized her for life as she still has to consume medication for it.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Bellino met Tyler through a friend who arranged for them to party with Aerosmith.
She claims that while walking down 6th Ave with Tyler and his entourage, she made a comment about a song lyric that angered him.
The former teen model says he then grabbed her and shoved her into a phone booth where he assaulted her.
“He stuck his tongue down her throat, groped her body, pinned her against the wall of the booth and began ‘humping her pretending to have sex,’” the lawsuit states, adding “His pants were on, but she could tell he was aroused.”
Bellino says she managed to escape by pulling his hair and raising her knee, but then stayed with the group and went to a nearby hotel.

She says she needed her friend for transportation and had no other choice.
Jeanne Bellino said Steven Tyler attacked her again at the hotel
At the hotel, Bellino alleges that Tyler attacked her again in a similar manner.
She says he “pinned Plaintiff against the wall, put his tongue down her throat and started humping Plaintiff, simulating sex.”
Bellino says she felt helpless and panicked and ran away from the hotel. She took a cab home and told her sister what had happened.
The lawsuit claims that this was Bellino’s first sexual experience and that she still suffers from “long-term physical injury” associated with her trauma.

She says she requires medication to cope with the effects of the alleged assault.
Jeanne Bellino is seeking damages and trial by jury
Bellino is suing Tyler for damages and is seeking “an amount that will fully and fairly compensate” her for the “injuries and damages” she allegedly suffered.
She is also asking for a trial by jury. This is not the first time Tyler has been accused of sexual assault.
Last year, Julia Holcomb claimed they met in 1973 when she was 16 and that he coerced her into having an abortion. Tyler has not commented on the latest allegations.
