Who is Fred Savage's wife? Disney cuts ties with actor after ‘inappropriate conduct’ probe
Fred Savage has been fired as executive producer and director of ABC’s ‘The Wonder Years’ reboot after an investigation into three separate allegations of misconduct against him. ‘The Wonder Years’ is produced by 20th Television, which is Disney Television Studios’ subsidiary. It has been said that the 45-year-old actor cooperated with the probe.
A statement issued by a spokesman for 20th Television noted: “Recently, we were made aware of allegations of inappropriate conduct by Fred Savage, and as is policy, an investigation was launched. Upon its completion, the decision was made to terminate his employment as an executive producer and director of The Wonder Years.”

This was not the first time allegations have been made against Savage. Back in 2018, a costumer sued him for reportedly striking her arm and screaming at her. Youngjoo Hwang also accused him of creating “a hostile work environment on the set of ‘The Grinder’,” The Hollywood Reporter had reported. But after a probe, it was found that the accusations were false.
Savage had said at the time: “None of her claims could be substantiated because they did not happen. While none of the accusations being leveled at me are true, I wholeheartedly support all people who feel they are being mistreated come forward and speak to human resources and those in charge.”
“Fox takes all allegations of improper conduct very seriously. We conducted a thorough investigation into these allegations and found no evidence of any wrongdoing on the part of Mr. Savage. We will vigorously defend against these unfounded claims,” 20th Century Fox Television had added.
Who is Fred Savage's wife?
Savage has been married to Jennifer Lynn Stone since 2004. According to reports, the pair were childhood friends and grew up together in Chicago. But when the ‘Little Monsters’ actor turned 11, his family moved to Los Angeles, where he went on to become a television star. However, in his 20s, Savage again met his childhood pal – then-a commercial real estate agent – at his birthday party and since then there was no going back.
In 2004, the 45-year-old told PEOPLE: “We started talking and smooching, and we’ve been together ever since.” He also revealed one of their wedding vows that was “I promised to always bring up a glass of water to her before we go to bed, and she promised to never let me dress myself.”
Savage and Stone are now parents to three kids — Lily Savage, Auggie Savage, Oliver Savage. Once he had said that he and his wife wanted their children to grow up in Chicago. He had told the Chicago-Sun Times: “While we’ve lived in L.A. for a long time, it’s very important to us to instill in our children a sense of that Chicago spirit — and we keep it alive in our house all the time.”
Meanwhile, the “inappropriate conduct” allegations against Savage have attracted a lot of attention online with a user saying: “My sister used to say in the 80s that she could tell he was an asshole....even as a child. Looks like she was right!” Another user wrote: “there is a whole ass Boy Meets World episode where Fred Savage plays a college professor who gets sexually inappropriate with Topanga. idk the details of the ‘inappropriate conduct’ but did this dude learn nothing from his own episode and become the character he played?” “I keep hearing this tonight. That though Fred savage just got fired off Wonder Years reboot that this is the third show he’s been a problem on. So people knew stuff. Let it slide. Twice. Just like venues booking Chris D’elia and Bryan Callen!” the third user added.
