It all started when a fan asked the svelte star, "How have you had 4 kids?" In a playful response, the 'Gossip Girl' star jokingly tagged her personal trainer, Don Saladino.
However, realizing that her humorous remark might be misinterpreted, the 35-year-old bombshell swiftly clarified her comment. She made sure to emphasize, "'Wait, no. That's not how. He's not the father." Blake shares her four children with her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds. She further expressed her admiration for her personal trainer, stating, "He's just the one who helps me fit into (some of) my clothes again after. He's an even better person and friend than trainer. And that's saying a lot," adding a black heart emoji.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' journey from co-stars to soulmates
