Chase started her career in modeling when she was just 13-year-old. Even though her modeling career didn't take off well in the starting, she later featured in publications like Galore and V Magazine, apart from modeling for Polo Ralph Lauren and Philipp Plein.

According to Chase, her biggest achievement has been her editorial in the 2018 issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. Apart from modeling, Case also shines in the field of sports, as she is an avid sports enthusiast and was a former player in the Bahamas National Football Team. Not just basketball, she is also a marathon runner, as she took part in the 2018 New York City Marathon. She also boasts a splendid following of 441 K followers on Instagram.

In an interview with Page Six, she said, “I usually pick my long runs when sports are on the TV, so I’ll watch a football game, a baseball game or a basketball game while I’m running, and I find that very motivating to me because sometimes I like to run without music.”

Chase also dated Yankees superstar Giancarlo Stanton from July 2018, there are no reports suggesting when the couple officially broke up

Chase who grew up in the Bahamas, also said, "Growing up in the Bahamas really gave me a better sense of being brought up with manners. Not only that. If you walk into a room and you do not say 'Good Afternoon' or 'Good Morning' you are sent out. Respect. Respect and how to talk to anyone, everyone, all different ages, and how to hold yourself and hold your own. Everyone’s your family. Everyone’s your friend. I think the scariest part about growing up in the Bahamas was thinking you might date your cousin."
