NeNe Leakes' older son Bryson Bryant appeared in 'RHOA' with his mother and was thrown out of the house in the third season over an arrest

LAWRENCEVILLE, GEORGIA: ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star NeNe Leakes’ son Bryson Bryant was arrested in the first week of July for alleged drug possession. As per Radar Online, police found Bryant to be in possession of Fentanyl, a Schedule II-controlled substance. Bryant was arrested on July 3 and apart from the felony drug case, he was also charged with “loitering/prowling.”

Per the court documents obtained by the news outlet, the police claimed that the crime happened at an address in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The affidavit further claimed that Bryant was present at the address but was “evading police and claiming he knew the people that lived at the residence which was false.”

When the police interrogated him, Bryant gave his younger brother Brentt’s name. As a result, a few earlier documents on the case have Brentt’s name on them. Brentt is NeNe’s son with her husband Gregg Leakes. Bryant even gave an address that no longer exists with the family. As per Radar Online, Bryson was placed in the Gwinnett County Jail at around 2.36 am. He was released at around 12.20 pm but apparently arrested again later. The police added in the newly filed charges that Bryant is accused of “giving a false name, address or birthdate to a law enforcement officer.” The filing mentions his birthdate as December 26, 1989. 

Who is Bryson Bryant?

Bryson Bryant, who also goes by the name Brice Bryant, is the son of NeNe Leakes, 55, with a previous boyfriend and was born in 1989. When NeNe debuted on ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ with her husband Gregg Leakes and son Brentt Leakes, Bryant was also a part of the cast. During the third season, Bryant was arrested and NeNe threw him out of the house. By the time the show was in its fourth season, Bryant was released from prison and subsequently welcomed back to the house by NeNe. 

Bryant is a social media personality and describes himself as “Producer/Actor/Manager/CEO of Wreklez ent.” On social media, he proudly flaunts himself as the son of NeNe Leakes and a certified “Bad Boy.” “I am  @NENELEAKES son and #Bravos #BadBoy,” his bio reads. Bryant is also a father to his daughter Bri’Asia. Bri'Asia is close to her grandmother and NeNe often posts pictures with her on her social media.

Who are NeNe Leakes’ other children?

Apart from Bryson Bryant, NeNe Leakes has another son named Brentt Leakes, whom she had with her husband Gregg Leakes. NeNe appears to be close to Brentt and posts wishes on his birthday on social media every year. In 2022, 24-year-old Brentt suffered a heart attack and stroke. After staying in the hospital for months, Brentt has now recovered. He also faced problems with locomotion and is still recuperating from it.
