ATLANTA, GEORGIA: American tennis player Ben Shelton is in a relationship with professional heptathlete Anna Hall. The athlete couple officially announced their relationship in November 2021 through a social media post on Instagram.
Shelton, 20, defeated Tommy Paul to become the first American male to get to the quarterfinals of the US Open since Andy Roddick in 2002. In the process, he also recorded the fastest serve of the event at 149 mph.
The two remarkable serves occurred in the same game as a third ace broke his previous record of 147 mph.
The feat was accomplished when Shelton defeated Paul 6-4 6-3 4-6 6-4 to reach his first US Open quarterfinal, as per Daily Mail.

Hall was born in Colorado and has been dubbed "the cutest human" by fellow college athlete and star Emily Cole.
She competed in the World U20 championships in 2018, which was her first international appearance.
Hall made the All-SEC Indoor First Team and the All-SEC Outdoor Second Team in 2022, earning her the title of Outdoor National Women's Field Athlete of the Year from the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Hall had two gold medals to her name in 2022 when she won the heptathlon and pentathlon for the Gators, as per The US Sun.

However, she shattered a bone in her left foot by hitting a hurdle during the 2021 US Olympic Trials, which also put an end to her chances of competing in Tokyo.
