Arthur went to Redondo Union High School and completed his graduation in Business and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University. He kicked off his career in Digital Marketing in 1995 and gradually took the role of Managing Partner in a media group. Arthur prepared Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass with Crispy Bok Choy, Dashi, and Oolong Tea Foam.
