Al Pacino hires lawyer Adam Philip Lipsic after GF Noor Alfallah hit him with court case over newborn son
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Al Pacino has hired a top Hollywood lawyer named Adam Philip Lipsic after his girlfriend Noor Alfallah attempted to sue him over their infant, reports RadarOnline.com.
The 83-year-old actor hired Adam who reportedly works at Hersch Mannis in Beverly Hills to assist him with the problem.
The website reads, "Mr. Lipsic has represented a wide range of clients, from famous entertainers and athletes, to corporate and entertainment executives, to stay-at-home parents," as per Mirror.
Why is Noor Alfallah filing a case against Al Pacino?
Pacino and Alfallah's son was born in June, as RadarOnline.com previously reported. They have been linked romantically since April 2022.
The celebrity was reportedly "surprised" to learn that his partner was expecting his child, according to sources close to him.
Alfallah submitted a petition to the Los Angeles Superior Court last week asking for the custody of her 3-month-old Roman Pacino.
Despite naming Pacino as the child's father, she sought the court to give her primary custody of Roman. She suggested joint legal custody, allowing the actor to participate in the decision-making process for his son.
Additionally, she stated Pacino ought to be allowed to see the infant. She asked in her petition that he be required to pay the case's accompanying legal costs.
Alfallah must file a petition to start the process of getting Pacino to be liable for paying child support.

The two have been spotted out to dinner and hanging out in Los Angeles since the delivery. The two are still dating, according to Pacino's representative, as per the outlet.
"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman. They are still together," the rep stated.
Pacino reportedly has no plans to tie the knot to Alfallah, according to insiders close to him.
"He’s not going to marry Noor but would like to come to a financial settlement with her and arrange to spend time with the child," the insider noted.
