Amid Costner and Baumgartner's messy split, it was revealed that the latter allegedly got close with their tenant Starr. "Chris (Baumgartner) and Daniel hung out a lot. There was a row between him, and Daniel and things escalated from there," the source claimed.
Starr later denied the claims while speaking to TMZ. "I just had a tenant-landlord relationship [with them], nothing else. There was nothing there. They have kids and are going through a divorce," he told the publication.
