Where is Ana Navarro? 'The View' host missing from ABC show after receiving backlash over controversial opinions

Unlike Alyssa Farah Griffin, Ana Navarro keeps the comment section on her social media platforms open for the Internet and their criticism

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: As 'The View' returned from its summer hiatus, the hosts were ready to discuss everything that had happened over the week. While the audience cheered on Ana Navarro on the sets of ‘The View’, she was under a lot of scrutinies when it came to social media, especially Twitter.

Unlike Alyssa Farah Griffin, Navarro keeps the comment section on her social media platforms open for the Internet, and of late, has faced a lot of backlash on Twitter. After the first episode of ‘The View’ after the hiatus, this backlash only increased tenfold. Now, Navarro is missing from ‘The View’ as Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin, Joy Behar, and Griffin sit behind the desk.

Where is Ana Navarro?

Shockingly enough, Navarro hasn’t just been absent from ‘The View’ but also from Twitter. Her last tweet was more than a day ago, responding to someone who slammed the talk show, for which Navarro faced backlash. Since then, Navarro hasn’t tweeted or re-tweeted on the platform, which is very unlike her. However, while Navarro might be missing from these two places, she is present on Mark Zuckerberg’s latest app, Threads, and has also been active on Instagram.

‘Feeling happy’

Navarro took to Threads to update her followers before not showing up on ‘The View’s latest segment, which included a lot of political talk. Navarro wrote, “Good morning, peeps! Feeling happy & healthy & blessed today.”

This was posted after the Twitter backlash, which could mean Navarro is taking a break from tweeting about politics. In addition to her thread, Navarro also took to Instagram to update her followers with a post-workout selfie as she wrote, "After 7 days of laying on the beach drinking too many margaritas and eating too much good food, I got back on the exercise wagon today. Did pilates in the AM and played pickleball in the 4pm afternoon Miami heat. That was not wise. I’m going to bed like right now. Too old for this much activity.” As per her post, Navarro is currently in Miami and working out, but it will be interesting to see if she gets back to Twitter any time soon.
