TREASURE ISLAND, FLORIDA: HGTV's 'Rock The Block' Season 5 is all set to air on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 9/8c. Past seasons are available to watch on Max. According to the synopsis released by  HGTV, the format of the show requires house designers to renovate houses with their signature style within a stipulated time and budget.

The designer who receives the net highest appraisal earns bragging rights and a street named in their honor. For the first time in the show's history, four teams will get a shot at redemption. All the teams consist of previous competitors, heightening the competition, and they are heading toward the beach this time. What is 'Rock The Block' Season 5 all about?

In the highly anticipated HGTV series, the competition reaches new heights as it features some of the most talented competitors from previous seasons, now paired up in teams. The trailer kicks off with the charismatic host Ty Pennington, renowned carpenter, craftsman, and designing mogul, introducing the contestants paired in dynamic duos.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Treasure Island, viewers are introduced to four formidable teams: Bryan and Sarah Baeumler, Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas, Lindsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, and Page Turner, and Mitch Glew. This season, contestants are tasked with renovating waterfront homes, infusing them with coastal-friendly creativity. With just six weeks and a tight budget of $250,000, each team must transform their property into luxurious havens featuring pools, boat decks, and captivating views of Boca Ciega Bay, all while incorporating their unique signature style and design.

In the first episode, Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson, champions of 'Rock the Block' Season 3, will tour the kitchen and dining areas to determine the winning renovation. Esteemed HGTV stars Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt, Kristina Crestin, Veronica Valencia, and Michel Smith Boyd will join as judges. And for the thrilling season finale, Property Brothers star Jonathan Scott will make a special appearance, touring each home and ultimately deciding on the winning team.
