LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Apple TV+ has been giving tough competition to all streaming services in creating and delivering great content. Its newest addition is 'Drops of God, a dramatic French-Japanese series that draws its plot from a Japanese manga of the same name. 'Drops of God' tells the story of a competition to become the owner of a $100 million inheritance. There are two participants and two glasses of wine, but only one will get the opportunity to win. The series revolves around a very misunderstood father, his daughter, and his mentee. The multilingual manga adaptation is surely going to make you unlearn your wine and generate a spark to immediately register yourself for a wine-tasting class. 

The cast of 'Drops of God' includes French actor Fleur Geffrier as Camille Leger, daughter of Alexandre Leger played by Stanley Weber. 'Alice in Borderland' star Tomohisa Yamashita stars as Camille's rival and Leger’s protege, Issei Tomine in the lead.

What happened in Episode 2 of 'Drops of God'?

In Episode 2, we saw the two contenders getting back to their mission of winning the test for inheritance. While we see Camille go back to France and get her wine palette back, Issei goes back to finding a job working as a wine connoisseur. The competition is on and it's only a matter of time till we know who is the rightful heir to a multi-million inheritance with a packed cellar full of expensive bottles of wine. 

When will Episode 3 of 'Drops of God' drop on Apple TV+?

As a Manga-inspired series, 'Drops of God' tells a simple story, but with many dramatic characters and a narrative that's complex and deep. Even though the story might seem like a soap opera, it is much more profound than that. The show not only features a dramatic test of wine tasting but also highlights how the lives of Issei and Camille are different from each other. 'Drops of God' is an eight-part series on Apple TV+. With two episodes already out of the bag, Apple TV+ will release each individual episode weekly, till the count of eight episodes come to an end.
