However, Mama June Shannon recently claimed that Anna's final request was captured on cameras and would premiere on the new season of the WeTV show.
After the havoc in the court about Anna's wishes for Kaitlyn and 8-year-old Kaylee's custody, June shared with The US Sun that the confusion would be cleared up soon as her plan was filmed before she passed away from adrenal cancer at 29.
June claimed to the outlet, "We are following Anna's wishes at the end of the day. People will see that all this season of the show." She also revealed, "A lot was covered on camera. The world will hear it from Anna's mouth." June is currently in the middle of a legal custody battle on Kaitlyn with Anna's ex-husband, Michael Cardwell.
However, Michael's lawyer shared with the outlet that June had been claiming about Anna's last wish video for a while now but they didn't have seen any documents or footage. Michael's attorney added, "To be frank, this is a court case that is going to play out in a courtroom in front of a judge and not over any reality TV show."

Mama June's daughter, Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell, died from stage 4 adrenal cancer on December 9. June filed for the sole legal and physical custody of Anna's daughter Kaitlyn soon after her death noting that she had been close to her granddaughter.
However, June won the emergency legal guardianship of Kaitlyn on December 5. According to the court documents obtained by the outlet, June claimed she was the best person to care for her granddaughter. She noted in the court filing, "Since the mother's passing, child has remained in the care, custody and control of Petitioner."
June's filing continued, "Petitioner previously had temporary guardianship of the child. More recently, approximately one month before passing, the mother and child began residing with Petitioner."
The emergency guardianship order came after Anna's ex-husband, Michael Cardwell sued June for the custody of Kaitlyn. Michael currently has full custody of his daughter, Kylee. However, he argued in court that he had a huge role in Kaitlyn's life despite not being her biological father.

The reality star added, "I wish this was all a dream we would wake up from I mksa the talks on the bed sitting on the couch watching cooking shows and just u being here k."
June concluded her caption and noted, "General through the good and bad days I love u b***h @annamarie35." Meanwhile, fans took to the comment section and called out June for referring to her dead daughter as 'b***h'.
