Elon Musk reveals name of third child with Grimes, Internet hails new 'Transformer'

According to a biography on Elon Musk, the Space X founder had a third child with musician Grimes

BOCA CHIKA, TEXAS: Walter Isaacson's biography on Elon Musk revealed that he had a third child, named Techno Mechanicus and nicknamed Tau, with Grimes.

The child's age and date of birth have not been revealed. Isaacson's biography on Musk comes out next week. 

Isaacson had exceptional access to Musk over the past two years, which allowed him to find out about the former couple's third child, per The New York Times.

How many children does Elon Musk have?

With the addition of Tau, Musk now has 11 biological children with three different women, per Page Six. 

In 2002, Musk and his first wife, the author Justine Wilson, welcomed their first child, Nevada Alexander, but he died due to sudden infant death syndrome at just 10 weeks old.

Following this, Wilson had twins, Vivian and Griffin, in 2004, and triplets, Kai, Saxon and Damian, in 2006.

In 2018 Musk started a relationship with Grimes. In May 2020, the 'Oblivion' hitmaker gave birth to their first child, X AE A-XII. In December 2021, she had Exa Dark Sideræl via surrogacy.

Insider reported that Musk had twins in November 2021 with Neuralink director of operations and special projects Shivon Zilis. The twins' names have not been revealed. 

Claire Boucher aka Grimes have since parted ways. She once described their relationship as "fluid," per Business Insider. 

Internet hails new 'Transformer'

Isaacson's upcoming biography has generated significant interest after revealing the existence of Techno Mechanicus and memes have been flooding in ever since. 

A person wrote on X, "How many children mr musk will produce on earth and mars." Another penned, "Bro is named after a transformer." 

A third user commented, "Man’s fueling America himself." A fourth penned, "Elon Musk is the new Genghis Khan."
