The Indian Creek property, also known as the Billionare Bunker, spans 2.8 acres (1.1 hectares) and features three bedrooms. Constructed in 1965, it was formerly owned by MTM Star International, a company with links to Panama.
Public records confirm that the sale occurred in June, although the ultimate purchaser's identity was not revealed. Prior to this recent transaction, the property's most recent recorded sale was back in 1982, when it was sold for $1.4M, per Fortune.
