Update: Blac Chyna in the middle of a custody battle over 10-year-old son King with he ex Tyga has told the court in documents that she has been forced to sell her own belongings to meet the legal bills being incurred.

Documents obtained by TMZ show that Chyna is struggling financially. She has reportedly asked Tyga, 33, for financial assistance to help raise their only child together - King.

In the documents, Chyna has claimed she has been paying the mounting legal bills by selling her clothing, purses, and shoes to friends and family and via an online consignment store.

However, the entrepreneur, 35, insists that this is a temporary solution since she will have no more items to sell in some time.

Chyna has also levelled other accusations against the father of her child including that of withholding direct communication with her and other essential information.

She alleges that the rapper has not provided her with the address where King is residing, but sources tell TMZ that Tyga has been funding their son's private school tuition, medical bills, and a greater part of the day-to-day living expenses

Chyna wants her ex to pay $125,000 to cover her legal and accounting bills and has asked the courts to establish a regular and consistent schedule for their son that Tyga won't be able to stand in the way of.
