EDMONTON, CANADA: A Canadian news reporter was live on air when she appeared to experience a medical emergency this weekend. Jessica Robb was delivering a report on Sunday's 6.pm news on CTV when she suddenly became dizzy, started repeating her words, and told the anchor, "I'm not feeling well."

Hours later, Robb and the company she works for, CTV Edmonton, both tweeted that she was recovering; however, Robb's tweets were soon taken private. "On Sunday night, a very sensitive and personal moment unfolded as I reported live on air," she said in a statement shared by the company on Twitter.

'I'm about to just...'

Jessica Robb opened the episode by speaking eloquently about how relatives of victims felt three years after the Iranian military downed Flight PS752. She stammered and stumbled as she said, "Families are pushing the feds to... pushing the feds to." She muttered, "Sorry Nahreman," as she grew fainter and appeared to lose her balance. "I'm, I'm, I'm not feeling very well right now, and I'm about to just..." Robb started to stutter forward before the camera shifted back to Issa.

'Triple-vaxxed reporter had medical episode'

Since then, the video has gone viral on social media and raised concerns and "baseless" theories. A user wrote on Twitter, "This is sickening. They are collapsing before our eyes, please pray this girl made it through. This is @ctvedmonton reporter Jessica Robb from earlier today having a 'medical emergency' live on the air during news. Biblical." Another user wrote, "Jessica Robb of CTV must have “nEw CoViD.” #StoptheShots." Another user said, "Triple-vaxxed reporter Jessica Robb had a medical episode on air." Another user wrote, "Looks like she has at least a cognitive impairment during her live newscast. FYI According to her Twitter posts she's 3x vaxxed as of April when she mentioned she got COVID-19. "

What happened to Jessica Robb?

Robb claimed in the statement that the cause of her incident has given rise to numerous unfounded theories. She said she "will not share private medical information publicly." She stated, "My understanding of my own medical background provides a reasonable explanation for what happened. I can however confirm that the situation was in no way related to the covid -19 vaccine"

A little while later, CTV Edmonton tweeted: "Thanks to everyone who inquired about our reporter who became ill during the 6.pm News. Jessica Robb is feeling better and is now resting."
