For those who don't know, Kailyn's fourth child is Romello Creed Lopez who she has with her current partner Elijah. The post further read, "Kail found some disheartening text messages on his phone about her FROM HIS PARENTS." The post continued claiming that Elijah's parents "apparently do not like her, although she claims to not know why."

After calling off her on-and-off relationship with Chris Lopez, Kailyn secretly revealed about her budding romance with Elijah in 2022. The US Weekly reported that the reality star said in one of deleted Instagram ads, "Me and my boyfriend actually send pictures of Open Vitamins that we take every morning. He will send me a picture of his and I will send a picture of mine."
