What did Halle Berry say about aging? 'Moonfall' star recently celebrated her 57th birthday
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Halle Berry is one tough woman! The Academy Award winner, who recently turned 57, is committed to giving aging a ‘fight before going down.’
The star, during an Instagram Live event, said, ”Let me tell you, I am aging, but I’m going down fighting.”
The 'Bond' girl was talking about her new ‘side hustle’ as a Chief Communication Officer for Pendulum, a probiotic company.
She was a fan of their products already. “I loved it so much I reached out to the company and asked to be a part of it,” Berry said.

What is a probiotic?
“Probiotics are a big part” of how the actor balances her lifestyle. She says she uses them to help ‘metabolize my food.’
“My sugar’s better so that I stay healthy. That’s how we fight that in 2023,” explained Berry.
The ‘Catwoman’ said she also takes ‘a ton of vitamins,’ including ‘calcium for my bones’ as ‘we go down that path of life.’
As per Everyday Health, “Trillions of good-for-you microorganisms reside in your digestive tract, helping you function at your best every day are called probiotics.
“I’m pretty much a pharmacy,” Berry jokes, before adding that she avoids processed sugar as she is diabetic.
“I think that’s helped me over the years, actually, as well. Having that disease has actually made me healthier than many people that I actually know, because I’ve always been very mindful of that,” the 57-year-old said.

What were Halle Berry’s thoughts on aging?
The ‘Moonfall’ actress gave insight into her earlier thought process when it came to aging, as per People.
“I am challenging everything I thought I knew about menopause. Things like: ‘Your life is over.’ ‘You are disposable.’ ‘Society no longer has a place for you.’ ‘You should retire.’ ‘You should pack it up,’ ” said Berry.

The star is mother to daughter Nahla Ariela, 15, (whom she shares with ex Gabriel Aubry) and son Maceo-Robert, nine, (whom she shares with ex-husband Olivier Martinez).
“The most important thing about owning your sexuality, as a woman, is accepting the station you're at — and embracing that,” feels Berry. "Own wherever you are. That's where I'm at."
Halle Berry recently settled her long-standing divorce with French actor Olivier Martinez. Berry agreed to pay Martinez $8,000 a month in child support.
She’s presently dating Van Hunt, a Grammy-winning musician.

The court documents obtained by People state that apart from paying $8000 in child support, the ‘Moonfall’ star is obliged to pay him "4.3% of any income she receives above $2,000,000" in additional support, reports MEAWW.
