'He’s soft and plays the backdrop': Wendy Williams' brother Tommy slams her manager Will Selby
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On a YouTube Live, the former host of a daytime talk show, Wendy Williams' brother Tommy Williams expressed his displeasure with some of the people that were around his sister over Easter. When Wendy brought cameras home for the holidays, her brother was disappointed and soon left since he was tired of people taking advantage of her. Tommy is now addressing the sketchy figure he doesn't trust as Wendy's manager Will Selby.
Last year, Tommy also voiced his concerns over Wendy "partying with 25-yr-olds" after rehab. It comes out that Wendy hasn't spoken to her family since she left her therapeutic sanctuary more than a month ago. Tommy expressed his discontent at his sister's silence and concerns regarding her post-rehab behavior.

'She’s staying out there with the sharks'
Wendy's younger brother, Tommy, spoke to The US Sun in an exclusive on-camera interview about his sister's mental health and how he feels about her entourage after some of them escorted the celebrity to Florida earlier this month. Her 54-year-old brother stated, "She’s so caught up with who she was and not who she’s become, and apparently she’d like to get back to who she was because she can’t stop talking about that person."
"So let’s all help you get back to that person, but we haven’t been able to help because she’s up in New York around people and we, the family, can’t get our hooks in her properly to reel her into the shore," Wendy's enraged brother continued, "So she’s staying out there with the sharks."
Next, Tommy focused on Wendy's manager Will Selby, who was also in Florida to film Wendy's reality show. "I don’t trust Will. I finally could say what I saw, I don’t trust. He wasn’t a man of very many words," stated Wendy's brother, who also said that the manager never made introductions to him or their ailing father, Thomas Williams Sr, while filming.
Tommy said of Will: "He seemed a little bit timid and out of sorts, and I guess if you’re doing the wrong thing, you’re not going to feel right." Tommy also asserted that Wendy is not healthy enough to be filming a reality show. "I just know that he’s not a man. He’s soft. And he plays the backdrop. And that he’s using Wendy," the star's protective brother concluded. When contacted for comment, Wendy's manager Will responded, "Tommy didn’t say a word to me about any frustration so that doesn’t sound true."
'She's going backward'
Tommy, 54, stated in an interview with The US Sun, "I have no belief that Wendy is doing as well as she was doing when she was down here, in Florida. I know there are evil-doers lurking about." Tommy said, "With her absence comes questions, and scrutiny: How is she living, what is she doing and what the hell is she up to? I was right there with her during the dark times many moons ago, and I think about this constantly - she going back to times before she was married. She's going backward."
Tommy remarked, "As we grow, we grow wiser - we go on with life. Ensure the bag for yourself. You can't go back. What are you going to do, go back and do the things you have already done?" Wendy's most recent party outing with significantly younger individuals than her, who appeared to be between 18 and 25, was something Tommy was well aware of.
"You're going to find some 18 or 25-year-olds to hang out with? I saw photos of her a little while back at some club. What is she doing?" As Tommy said. "We entered drugs and alcohol simultaneously as kids, messing around like 'Try this, hey try that.'" he remarked, emphasizing how fun he and his sister had together.
'New people' in Wendy's life
Friends of the former host of 'The Wendy Williams Show' are reportedly concerned about the involvement of "new people" in her life, per a recent Page Six report. Although Wendy doesn't have many true friends, those who do care about her are wary of her recent associates. The primary concern is that when these strangers come to her house, they can prey on her frail mental state and gain access to her possessions.
