Who is Wendy Shay? Singer trolled for 'big fan' DM to T-Pain as rapper accidentally ignored celebs’ messages
Rapper T-Pain recently tweeted a video of his Instagram request folder, filled with DM requests from top celebrities, who the rapper claims to have unknowingly ignored for the past two years. "I was today years old when I found out about the request folder on Instagram that's full of celebs trying to reach me," T-Pain stated in the video, as he scrolled down his long list of unattended DM requests, which included messages from A-listers like Fergie, Viola Davis, Diplo and many more.
A glimpse from the video showed a message from Ghanaian singer Wendy Shay among others. Though the full message could not be viewed in the video, it started with Shay greeting him and calling herself a big fan of his. "Hello pain, my name is Wendy shay a big fan," she wrote in the message that is believed to have been sent around seven weeks ago. As soon as eagle-eyed fans spotted her message, Twitter users began trolling the 25-year-old Afropop icon.
