'Welcome To Plathville': Ethan enjoys his first shopping experience while Moriah calls it her 'taste of freedom'
The Plath family is seeing some of the members drift away from their traditional habits as Olivia made an entry into the family after marrying Ethan.
Before Olivia and Ethan got married, the Plaths took pride in their lifestyle and how they made their 55-acre farmland their everything. However, things changed when Olivia brought a new outlook into the family.
Olivia introduced Ethan to new things such as alcohol, sugar, pop music, and others. To Ethan's surprise, he loved every bit of new thing that he laid his hands on. Following Ethan's footsteps is Moriah, who often feels like the outcast in her family.
In the recent episode of 'Welcome To Plathville', Moriah accompanied Ethan and Olivia to a shopping complex as she wanted to shop for a black dress.
She called the outing her "little taste of freedom" as she did not have many options when it came to living in their 55-acre farmland. She added that she felt an "adrenaline rush" as soon as she reached the shopping complex to shop.
Quite often, Moriah has done her shopping with her parents, Kim and Barry, but things haven't gone the way she had wanted to.
Moriah recalled that most of the times her parents would say no to a dress that she has picked. "When my parents said it doesn't look good, I thought I don't look good," she said.
However, things were different when Moriah was shopping with Olivia. Olivia allowed Moriah to try out new things and find something that she feels comfortable in. Moriah even bought a pair of jeans and stated that it was a "big thing" for her.
Meanwhile, Ethan was finding his way around the complex as he seemed fascinated with everything around them. Ethan had never entered a shopping complex with a variety of things and, for him, the place proved to be a box of everything that he had never seen.
Ethan seemed amused as he picked up a pair of sunglasses and tried them on while he went around looking at clothes that were hanging. Olivia expressed her joy in knowing that Ethan was opening up to trying out new things and places. However, will the same continue when Kim and Barry find out?
