‘Wedding of the year’: Fans in awe of Robin Roberts’ wedding celebrations video featuring 'GMA' co-anchors
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ star Robin Roberts has blessed her fans with a new clip of her wedding celebration which captures friends and her peers from ‘GMA’ dancing and having a gala time at the wedding.
Roberts got married to her longtime partner Amber Laign after staying together for 18 years.
The duo held a small wedding ceremony in their backyard for close friends and family and then threw a grand reception for all their guests.
Roberts shared the best moments from her wedding celebrations through a video sent by the DJ at the reception. She thanked him and “counted her blessings” as she shared the post.

‘GMA’ host Robin Roberts shares new clip of wedding celebrations
The 62-year-old’s wedding celebration clip started with weekend host Whit Johnson having a dance-off with Roberts’ cousin.
Roberts and Laign can also be seen cutting the massive wedding cake as the ‘GMA’ star grooved to the music.
Former ‘GMA’ meteorologist Sam Champion and husband Rubem Robierb were standing next to the DJ console.
Roberts and Laign also fulfilled the custom of throwing the bouquet and later the ‘GMA’ star danced in sync with her cousins.
DJ Valentina who played the tracks at the reception held the mic and pumped the crowd up with her tracks while ‘GMA’ correspondent Rebecca Jarvis was seen twirling in her dress, smiling, and dancing to the tracks.
‘Today’ star Al Roker and his wife Deborah Roberts were also spotted in the clip, breaking a leg on the dance floor.
The clip ended with Roberts giving a brief speech to her guests and thanking the DJ and everyone who made their day special.
She later captioned the post, “As we head into the holiday week, good time for us all to count our blessings. Thankful to our wedding DJ @dj_valentina for sending this video. #sundayvibes (How many @abcnews folks can you spot in the video?”

As soon as the ‘GMA’ star posted the clip on her Instagram handle, fans flocked to the comments to shower their love.
